web stats analysis LAURA RUTLEDGE - DANCEOLOGY Skip to content

I strive to help my students push themselves past their perceived limits, using encouragement and humor. My goal is to provide a fun and safe class in which to build and improve strength, stamina, and flexibility. I appreciate a student that works hard and stays focused, but also knows how to listen to what their body needs.

“Be present and listen to your body; the journey IS the destination!”
