Ashley LeeTechnique Director / Teacher

Ashley Lee is a native of San Diego, California and has taught at various studios and high schools throughout the San Diego and Orange County areas since a young age.   Ashley has won regional and nationals titles for high school, All-Star and collegiate dance competitions.   She is a four-time world champion in International Jazz and Pom.   Ashley has also participated in several parades as well as Holiday Bowl and Super Bowl half-time shows.  Most recently, Ashley has studied dance with Unity Dance Ensemble under the direction of Tessandra Chavez.  From this opportunity, Ashley has learned and danced on stage with Kupono, Ade, Shauna Noland and other contestants from Fox’s hit dance competition show, So You Think You Can Dance.   She graduated from San Diego State University receiving a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on fitness, nutrition and health.  Continuing her love for education, Ashley aims to pursue a teaching credential to teach health education.  In her spare time, Ashley sings in a 10-piece reggae band called “Shoreline Rootz.”
